A brilliant weekend at Warzone Airsoft & Paintball raised awareness for SANDS while players, teams and airsoft businesses showed what the community can do together.

The 6mm Slingers Catharsis airsoft weekender took place from 18–20 September 2026 at Warzone Airsoft & Paintball in Coventry. Alongside a full weekend of airsoft, the event gave the community a chance to support SANDS, the charity supporting people affected by stillbirth and neonatal death.
That purpose made the weekend feel about more than the games. Every conversation, shared meal and moment in the safe zone helped keep attention on the families SANDS supports and the importance of showing up for one another.
The turnout was a real success, with players travelling in to make the most of the weekend and support the cause. Airsoft Grid Founder, Shadow, attended and saw first-hand the energy, generosity and community spirit running through the event.
From the morning briefings to the final games, the weekend had the atmosphere of a community that wanted to be there and wanted to make a difference.

A special shoutout goes to Fujin Airsoft for supporting the event and helping bring the wider airsoft community together. Watch My 6 were also in attendance, adding to the tremendous turnout and helping capture the shared spirit of the weekend.
Events like Catharsis show what makes airsoft special: people with different backgrounds and teams coming together around a shared experience, then using that platform to support something that matters beyond the field.

Airsoft Grid is proud to celebrate the organisers, players, teams and businesses who made the 6mm Slingers Catharsis weekender such a success. We look forward to seeing how the community continues to support SANDS and carry that same spirit into future game days.
