Legal

Privacy notice

This notice explains how Airsoft Grid UK processes information across bookings, safety, community, UKARA progress, sponsorship and platform support.

Draft for professional UK legal review before launch. Last updated 5 August 2026.

What we collect

Account, booking, payment-reference, attendance and preference data needed to provide the service. Health and accessibility information is collected only when needed for safe event participation and is treated as restricted special-category data.

Why and who can access it

Access is purpose-limited. Vendors see information required to deliver their event. Sponsors receive only separately consented game or conduct history during an active relationship. Administrators use reason-bound, audited support cases.

Retention and your rights

Retention differs by purpose and legal need. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion where applicable. Evidence that must be retained is restricted rather than silently erased.

Contact and complaints

Use the in-product support route for privacy requests. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
