1. Be accurate and respectful
Use a real identity or a consistent callsign, do not impersonate another person, and keep profile, event and business information accurate. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, doxx, stalk or target another person.
2. Safety and legality
Do not use the platform to arrange violence, unlawful weapons activity, unsafe replica use, fraud, controlled goods, evasion of venue rules or any illegal transaction. Operators set the rules for their own events, including age, supervision, face protection, power limits and site safety.
3. Content and rights
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload private personal data, malware, deceptive advertising or material that infringes another person’s rights. You grant Airsoft Grid the limited licence needed to host and display content according to your visibility settings.
4. Reports and enforcement
Report abuse, safety concerns or intellectual-property issues to hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or close workspaces where needed to protect users, operators, data or the platform. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests.
5. Age and events
People of any age may use the platform where permitted, but Airsoft Grid does not decide whether a person may attend a game. The event operator’s minimum age, parental-consent, supervision and protective-equipment requirements always apply. Users must provide accurate age information and follow the operator’s instructions.
