Shop, delivery and returns
These terms apply when Airsoft Grid Ltd sells products directly through the shop. Product pages show the current product description, price and any available customisation options.
Airsoft Grid Ltd
43 Shaftsbury Avenue, Woodlands, Doncaster, DN6 7TB, United Kingdom
Registered in England and Wales. Company number 17493317.
hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk is the contact for legal, privacy and complaints enquiries.
1. Products and pricing
Each product page states the product description, available options and price in pounds sterling. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Personalised, printed and made-to-order products may have different production times. Any taxes, duties or import charges payable in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
2. Worldwide delivery
We dispatch worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated from the destination, package and service selected and are shown before payment where possible. Some destinations require a delivery quote or may not be serviceable. Customs delays, import rules and local taxes are outside Airsoft Grid’s control.
3. Orders and payment
An order request is not accepted until payment is authorised and we confirm the order. Stripe or another named payment provider processes card details; Airsoft Grid does not receive full card numbers. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong or fraud-prevention checks fail.
4. Cancellation and returns
For standard non-personalised goods, consumers may have a statutory cancellation right for distance contracts. Contact hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk within the applicable period and follow the return instructions. Unless goods are faulty, not as described or damaged in transit, the customer pays return postage. Use the company returns address supplied in the return instructions; it is the same address shown in the company information above.
5. Custom and made-to-order products
Personalised, customised, printed or made-to-order goods are not normally cancellable once production has started where the law permits that exception. This does not remove rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not made to the agreed specification. We will explain any non-cancellable status on the product page before checkout.
6. Faults and refunds
Tell us promptly about damage, a fault or a product that does not match the order. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable evidence. Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
7. Contact
For order, delivery, cancellation or refund queries contact hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk with your order reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will explain any production, carrier or customs delay.
