1. Our approach

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA where practical. We use semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, clear labels, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful images.

2. Known limitations

Some third-party checkout, map, media, payment and embedded content may not fully meet the same standard. Some user-uploaded material may also lack descriptions. We prioritise issues that prevent people from booking, managing an account or completing a payment.

3. Tell us about a problem

Email hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk with the page, the problem, the device or assistive technology involved and the outcome you expected. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback and consider a reasonable alternative route while the issue is investigated.
