Know what you’re signing up for.

When does billing start?

Your first charge is on the next first of the month, with access before that charge included. Subscriptions then renew monthly on the first.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Change your plan from the operator Subscription page. Changes take effect at your next renewal, rather than changing the price partway through the month.

Can I stop my subscription?

Yes. Cancel from your operator Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Is Apple Pay the same as Apple Wallet tickets?

No. Apple Pay is a payment option on eligible Stripe checkouts. Apple Wallet stores a ticket after booking; that ticket feature is coming soon. Google Wallet tickets are included in Captain now.

Are payment fees included?

Payment-provider fees apply separately. Online player payments require an eligible Stripe connection. Buying a venue subscription uses secure Stripe checkout, with cards and eligible Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link.

Do players need a subscription?

No. Players can create accounts, discover events and view their booking history free. Event ticket prices are set by the operator.

Features marked coming soon are not currently available. Existing Founding Business Partner subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and coverage. For help choosing or migrating a plan, email hello@airsoftgrid.co.uk.
