These draft terms govern use of the marketplace, community, team-order and sponsorship services.

Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Airsoft replicas are sporting equipment and must never be displayed or used irresponsibly.
Bookings and payments
The relevant operator supplies each game day. Prices, cancellation terms and waiver versions are shown before payment and preserved with the booking. Stripe processes card payments.
Team orders
Only contributions confirmed paid before the stated deadline are included. The team leader remains responsible for placing the supplier order. Airsoft Grid UK does not promise supplier availability.
UKARA and sponsorship
UKARA progress is guidance and workflow support, not a licence or guarantee of registration. Sponsorship decisions are made by each approved sponsor and remain subject to platform safety rules.
