Terms of use
These terms explain how Airsoft Grid works and what we expect from everyone using the platform. By creating an account or using a public page, you agree to follow them. Operators, suppliers and sponsors may publish additional terms for their own services.
1. The platform
Airsoft Grid helps players discover game days, venues, teams, sponsors, suppliers, photographers and gun technicians. We provide software, listings, messaging, notifications, workspaces and checkout tools. The organisation providing an event, product or relationship remains responsible for it; a listing or verification label is not a guarantee of safety, availability or performance.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Give us accurate information and protect your sign-in details. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions or share workspace access. Workspace owners must invite appropriate people and assign suitable permissions.
3. Profiles, posts and content
You retain ownership of uploads such as profile images, banners, team information, player posts, videos and links. You allow Airsoft Grid to host, resize, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the services and public pages you choose. Only publish content you have rights to use. We may remove unlawful, unsafe, misleading or infringing content.
4. Teams and sponsorship
Team requests, sponsorship applications, enquiries and affiliations are voluntary requests. The receiving organisation decides whether to accept, reject or remove them. Airsoft Grid does not promise acceptance, free equipment, payment or any particular sponsorship benefit; sponsorship may mean products, discounts, exposure, event support or advice.
5. Game days and bookings
The operator controls each game day’s date, rules, capacity, tickets, add-ons, waivers, payment options, check-in and cancellation policy. Review the booking summary and operator rules before paying. You must follow site rules, chrono limits, safety instructions and applicable law. Airsoft Grid is not a substitute for operator instructions.
6. Payments, shop orders and delivery
Prices, delivery charges, stock and supporter discounts are shown at checkout. Stripe or another identified payment provider may process cards. A shop order is subject to confirmation, stock and supplier fulfilment. Carrier tracking is displayed for convenience; carrier delays and delivery decisions remain the carrier’s responsibility.
7. External services
Google Maps, YouTube, payment providers, carriers and supplier links are third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices. Embedded media may change or become unavailable.
8. Safety and enforcement
Do not use Airsoft Grid for violence, harassment, fraud, discrimination, unsafe replica use, illegal transactions, doxxing, spam, malware or access-control bypasses. Report concerns through platform support. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts and workspaces to protect people, data or the service.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, integrations or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Airsoft Grid is not liable for indirect loss, third-party services, operator decisions, missed events, lost content or another user’s conduct. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Closure, changes and contact
You may stop using the service and request account closure through the available support route. We may retain records for legal, safety, payment, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. We may update these terms and will highlight material changes where practical. Use the contact and support details published in Airsoft Grid for questions or legal notices. These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
