Players

Players FAQs

Bookings, equipment, waivers and account questions.

How do I book a game day?

Open an event, review its site rules, choose tickets and available extras, then complete the secure checkout. A confirmed booking and check-in details appear in your account.

Can I add food or BBs to my ticket?

Yes, when the operator lists them. Event extras can include lunch and ammunition such as Rebel 0.20g, 0.28g and 0.32g BBs. Stock and collection instructions are shown before payment.

Can I complete my waiver online?

Yes. The current event waiver can be completed before arrival. Authorised operator staff can record that a paper copy was received when necessary.

Who can see medical information?

Only authorised event staff who need it for safe delivery. Restricted access is logged and the information is encrypted at rest.

Does the platform issue UKARA registration?

No. The platform can track qualifying attendance and help an approved site manage eligibility. UKARA or the registered site confirms registration.

Operators

Operators FAQs

Publishing, stock, check-in and venue administration.

How do I publish an event?

An authorised operator can add the venue, schedule, capacity, tickets, add-ons, rules and waiver version, then review the public event before publishing.

Can event inventory sell beyond its limit?

Live bookings reserve event, ticket and add-on stock together. The server checks availability and recalculates prices before opening payment.

Can I show a paper waiver was received?

Yes. Authorised staff can mark a paper copy as received for a player who cannot complete the online version.

Can I add venue and game-mode photos?

Yes. Gallery images require descriptive alternative text and consent declarations before publication. Operators can archive published images immediately.

How is UKARA progress handled after a site ban?

A site can stop or revoke its own eligibility record when a player is banned there. Platform tracking does not override a site or UKARA decision.

Sponsors

Sponsors FAQs

Applications, player consent and sponsor catalogues.

Can sponsors see all of a player’s history?

No. Sponsors receive only the specific game or conduct history a player consents to share during an active application or sponsorship.

How do players apply for sponsorship?

A player reviews the programme, submits an application and chooses what eligible profile information to share. The sponsor then accepts, declines or requests more information.

Can sponsors sell products?

Yes. A sponsor can publish products for the public, sponsored players or both, with separate sponsored pricing where appropriate.

How are incentives communicated?

Sponsors can publish programme-specific offers to active sponsored players. Product terms, availability and eligibility remain visible with each offer.

Teams

Teams FAQs

Shared orders, payment deadlines and attendance.

When is a team-order item included?

Only after that member’s contribution is confirmed paid before the team leader’s deadline. Unpaid selections are excluded from the final order.

Who controls the shared pot?

The team leader creates the order, prices and deadline, then uses the collected amount for the intended group purchase. The contribution ledger remains visible to authorised members.

Can a team organise supplies for one event?

Yes. A team order can be linked to a booked game day so attending members choose their BBs, food or other shared items before the deadline.
