The operator workspace puts every game-day decision in one place

Create a draft, attach ticket and add-on products, assign versioned rules and game modes, upload an event image, then publish only when the mandatory details are complete. Recurring events can carry a consistent template while allowing each date to vary where needed.

The operator plan is designed to remove duplicate admin: capacity, cash-only status, waitlists, cancellations, refunds and attendance all stay connected to the same event.

Operators can start with a trial or choose a paid workspace plan; Stripe processing fees apply to online payments and are shown during setup. Cash-only events avoid online processing fees, while the operator remains responsible for recording cash attendance and issuing any refunds.

The mobile check-in view verifies a signed booking QR or supports a controlled manual fallback. Staff see only the information needed at registration, with audit history available for later review.
