Versioned rules and game modes keep every event briefing current

Rules and game modes can be created once, assigned to new events and adjusted for recurring formats. Draft events remain editable until mandatory details are complete.

Each update is recorded inside the event. New bookings receive the current version, while previously booked players are notified when the operator changes the rules or game modes they accepted.
